Team Manager - Cheshire East - Child in Need/Child Protection

Rate: £45

Pertemps Social Care are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join a busy team in Cheshire East, based within the Child in Need/Child Protection Team.

Responsibilities:
The service takes cases from the front door team and carries out duty assessments whilst also overseeing longer term cases open at child in need and child protection level. When a decision is made to issue care proceedings, the case will transfer over to a dedicated court work team at the initial hearing. It would be desirable for the candidate to have knowledge of the pre-proceedings process.

What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:
• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK license
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
