Missing Service Project Worker

Pay rate, £19.58 per hour 
Role Purpose: -
The post will be part of a small missing service, working with children and young people who go missing from home or care and completing return home interviews with them in line with the statutory requirements of the Local Authority.
The purpose of these interviews is to identify risks to the young person, including the risk of sexual and/or criminal exploitation and to share safeguarding concerns to relevant agencies. Practitioners will meet with young people to undertake a return home interview within 72 hours and record the interview as a report that will form part of the young person’s record.
