Children’s Team Manager, Rochdale
Pay rate, £46 per hour 
This is an exciting time to join Rochdale!
Team Managers are responsible for the direct supervision of Advanced Practitioners and Social Workers. The Family Support and Protection service holds children and families from child in need to care proceedings.
We currently have 8 Family Support and Protection Teams which are led by 2 Heads of Service and 2 Service Managers. As a service, we are working towards a family safeguarding way of working. Teams will consist of 1 Team Manager, 1 Advanced Practitioner, 5 Social Workers and 1 Family Support Worker as well as support from drug, alcohol and domestic abuse services.
Agency Managers are treated no different to our permanent staff and will benefit from our training and development opportunities as well as our work life balance scheme!
