Job Description
Independent Mobility Assessor
Pay rate, £25 per hour
Job Purpose: -
- Deliver a high quality, person centred, accountable Concessionary Travel and Blue Badge assessment service using the eligibility criteria as determined by the Authority and Department of Transport.
- To make decisions on eligibility for the above schemes.
- To undertake mobility assessments with applicants when their eligibility cannot be determined from the information provided/application form
- To provide detailed reports and case papers on the above.
