Complex Safeguarding
Pay rate, £42 per hour
As a Team Manager in Oldham, you will manage a busy team of social workers to deliver effective services within the Complex Safeguarding Hub. You will be responsible for the management, supervision, and professional development of the members of your team and ensuring that children and young people’s needs are met through quality interventions.
In Oldham we are committed to systemic practice, with a focus on building relationships with children and families and reflective learning, both within families and as a Service. We will support you with training in this model.
