Job Description
Contract role, LAC/Leaving Care team
Pay rate, to £24 per hour
The Talent Crowd are recruiting for an experienced Personal Advisor in Buckinghamshire.
This is to work in a Leaving Care Team, and you will need to have experience of working with Young Care Leavers in a similar role.
You will also need to be a driver, as you will be required to visit Service users.
Plenty of hybrid working available.
