Adult’s Social Care, West London
Reablement Team
Pay rate £19.45 rising to £25.91 per hour
Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Care Worker in West London.
This is to work in a Reablement team to provide a high standard of reablement care and non-invasive health treatment for clients referred into the Community Independence Service.
The working pattern will be across 7 days, and you will need to make visits to Service User’s homes, so ideally you will be based in West London, close to Hammersmith and Fulham.
