Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join a Community Adults Team in the West Midlands region.
Job Role and Responsibilities: -
- Deliver Care Act Assessments
- Mental Capacity Assessments
- Best Interest decisions
- Court work when required
- Elements of Safeguarding work
- Hospital charges if allocated
