Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Children’s Team Manager to join a Integrated Front Door/MASH in the Referral and Assessment Service managing the Referral Team in Bolton.
Job Role and Responsibilities: -
Bolton have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join our Integrated Front Door/MASH in the Referral and Assessment Service managing the Referral Team working alongside the IFD Team.
The role is full-time (37 hours per week) and will be office based, initially for 3 months.
Must have experience of (but are not limited to):
- Experience in managing duty,
- Assessment and making decisions.
- Also supervising a team of Social Workers, authorising quality assessments, chairing strategy meetings, managing Section 47 enquiries and managing performance.
