Pay rate £40 per hour
Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified advanced practitioner to join a Family Support and Protection Service in Rochdale.
Job Role and Responsibilities: -
Rochdale is currently in an exciting transition into the family safeguarding model. To support us in this transition we need to establish multi-disciplinary teams where specialist practitioners are co-located with social workers under a unified management structure. This enables a multi-disciplinary whole family response through direct assessment. This is a really exciting time for Rochdale and we need Advanced Practitioners to support us in implementing this model.
