Adults Manager

Pay rate, £40 per hour
The Talent Crowd are recruiting for an Adults Manager in Stockport.
 Management experience, within ASC and hospital discharge, needs to have thorough knowledge around all aspects of legislation, and managing staff, (Care Act, safeguarding, MCA, BIM etc)
9-5 working within a busy, environment, ensuring flow and the support of staff to deliver safe and timely discharges. 
Experience in working with partners, including ICB, Health and 3rd party sector. 
Needs to be reliable, flexible, dynamic, and able to perform under a pressured environment. 
Experience of supervising social workers, attending and chairing safeguarding, COP, MDT's and any other professional meetings. 
Need to be able to work on site at the hospital and other bed base sites.
