The Talent Crowd are recruiting for a Children’s Social Worker as part of an Assessment Team in Glenfield, Leicestershire.
Job Purpose..
- To work collaboratively with children, young people and their families in accordance with the aims and objectives of the department.
- Use judgement, knowledge and the skilled use of authority to intervene with families to promote safety, stability and success.
- To build productive working relationships with children, young people and families so we can hear and understand what they want to happen to make their lives better.
- Evaluate our practice and its impact and how we improve outcomes for those with whom we work.
