Multi Trader

A multi disciplined building services company in Essex who have been in operation for over 20 years, providing building services solutions to their high end client base.
They now require a Carpenter/Multi trader to join their small works projects and maintenance division, covering projects across London and the home counties carrying out the following works :
This would include installing plasterboard and create smooth, seamless surfaces for subsequent finishing work, fitting fire-doors, kitchen fitting and general property maintenance/repairs. Other works include first fix stud work, second fix, skirting, architrave, hanging doors and fitting locks, ceiling works, building partitions, etc.

The ideal candidate must have a flexible attitude to work as required when necessary to complete jobs to tight deadlines. Multi-trade experience, with the ability to undertake a range of building and maintenance tasks.

Client works within, Schools – Offices – hospitals and commercial office blocks.

REQUIREMENT:
The candidate must be NVQ/city and guilds qualified in Carpentry.
5 years + experience working in the multi trade industry.
Must be happy having an enhanced DBS check carried out.
In return my client is offering the following package :

£38K
Candidates must be prepared to travel – London and m25 orbital
Hold a clean UK driving licence. Vehicle can be acquired AFTER probation (3 months) must use own vehicle for first three months.
Fuel and parking all paid for.

No call out rota
8 hour daily shift – Monday to Friday (weekend may be required at overtime pay)
Overtime rates : time and a half
