Full Time Parcel Sorters AM and NIGHT Shift

Supporting the prestigious Royal Mail site in Atherstone (CV9 1LQ)
Seeking a large number of Warehouse Operatives for Parcel Sorting duties

Work is available from 25th November onwards through to Christmas 2025

• Working 7.5-hour shifts
• 30am – 2pm Tuesday to Saturday
• 30pm – 6am Monday to Friday
• Full time- 37.5 hours per week minimum (5 shifts)
• Weekend work available, overtime after 40hrs per week @ £16.33 p/hr

Shifts and pay rate

• 6.30pm – 2pm @ £14.48 per hour
• 10.30pm – 6am @ £15.74 per hour
• Overtime paid after 40hrs @ £16.33 per hour

 
The role involves being on your feet for the whole shift and can be physically demanding.

Working at the heart of our team as one of our Seasonal Parcel Sorters, you’ll play a key role in delivering Christmas to the nation. You’ll unload mail and parcels from our lorries, move them through our centres, and help sort letters. Helping us to deliver more for our customers is important, it’s a hands-on role, ensuring every parcel, letter and present reaches their destination, safely.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Flexibility and adaptability to switch between various tasks during a shift
• Ability to push trolleys (up to 250kg) and lift/move mail bags (up to 11kg)
• Ability to comfortably stand for longer periods
