Assistant Manager – B&I – Stoke on Trent - £27-30k depending on experience – Monday to Friday, 1 weekend in 4, holiday cover
My client is an independent contract catering company who is passionate about providing a high quality catering service to their clients within the B&I and Education sector.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager to work alongside the Chef Manager and to join this exciting company who have a reputation for consistently providing exceptional food and an impressive service to each and every customer.
This role requires a Manager with proven leadership skills and people management for a busy B&I client. There is a large team of chefs and also a night catering team. You will have the experience of successfully managing a catering operation, have strong leadership skills, have the ability to motivate and develop your team, due diligence and maintaining health and safety standards is a must.
You will have bags of personality, passion for the industry and enthusiastic about passing on your knowledge to others. You must be flexible and have a “can do” approach and have strong communication skills.
Hours are 8am until 4.30pm, with occasional earlier starts and later finishes should you be covering holidays or dictated by the business needs.
