Operations Manager

Operations Manager – Contract Catering (Healthcare) – North Wales –£55k per annum, car or mileage allowance plus benefits – 52 weeks - HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


My client is a multi sector contract catering company who are passionate about providing an exceptional catering service to their clients.


An opportunity has arisen for dedicated, fully flexible Operations Manager to oversee and manage mainly healthcare contracts within North West Wales area (Bangor, Anglesey and Pwllheli)


My client is looking for someone with previous Operations Management experience particularly within the Healthcare sector, some B&I and education desirable. You will have a genuine passion for food and be up to date with current food trends. You will be confident training new starters and existing staff aswell as having previous experience of increasing sales in units. You will also be confident attending client meetings and potential clients.


You will also be involved in training staff and troubleshooting aswell as assisting with mobilisation of new contracts.


You will have effective communication skills and strong financial acumen. My client is looking for someone who is able to drive the business forward, hit the ground running and manage clients effectively. This role will involve some  early starts and some late finishes, so you must be fully flexible.


The successful candidate will come from a quality focused contract catering company and Operation/Area Management experience from within the Healthcare sector.


My client is offering a salary of around £55k circa, company car, laptop, phone and pension.


This is a 52 week position.
