Pay rate to £32 per hour
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in an Adult Safeguarding Team in Hammersmith & Fulham.
Roles at this level provide a professional social work, occupational therapy and other support to individuals, children their families and carers living in, or ordinary residents of Hammersmith and Fulham in line with the requirements of current, relevant, national legislation and local policies and procedures.
