Pay rate £25 per hour
We are recruiting for experienced Family Help Practitioner to work in an Early Help Team in Reading Council.
To support the triage of Early Help work in our Children's Single Point of Access (front door), identifying help and support in the community for children and their families. Working with partners to feel equipped to be lead professional for children not requiring a statutory social work intervention.
