We are recruiting for a Social Workers to join Worcestershire’s Adult Neurodiversity Team (ANT). This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing service that supports autistic adults and those with associated conditions to live independently and confidently.
As a Social Worker in ANT, you will carry out Care Act assessments, Mental Capacity Act work, and safeguarding enquiries, while working directly with individuals, families, and networks of support. The role is about delivering practical, person-centred interventions that make a tangible difference to people’s daily lives. This could involve supporting someone to develop daily living skills, navigate services, or strengthen links within their community.

Your ideas and creativity will be welcomed, and you will be part of a supportive, motivated team that values inclusion, collaboration, and reflective practice. You will benefit from a thorough induction, regular supervision, and fortnightly reflective meetings, all designed to support your development and practice confidence.
Who we are looking for:
We want Social Workers who bring energy, curiosity, and strong professional judgement. You will be confident in applying the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005, and able to demonstrate experience in safeguarding and risk management. The ability to work with complexity, think critically, and apply a strengths-based approach is essential.
