Qualified Social Worker, Adult Mental Health Team, Blackpool
Pay rate £30.66 per hour
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker in Blackpool Council.
This is to work in a Mental Health Team.
Mental Health agency social workers required to work in a busy adult social care mental health team.
Experience of working with adults with serious mental illness in community settings is essential.
You will be expected to complete Care Act assessments and reviews, Social Circumstances Reports and Mental Capacity Assessments.
The team is based at the Gateway Football stadium and hybrid working can be considered at interview.
