Pay rate up to £19.26 per hour
The Talent Crowd are recruiting for Accommodation Support Workers to join a team in Rochdale.
Objectives of the role:
- Develop a personal housing plan which will include advice on housing support, health services, employment information, and rehabilitation and addiction services and refer to services for floating support and supported accommodation as part of the development of a personal housing plan within desired timescales.
- To support with the delivery of a Temporary Accommodation Delivery, within Rochdale Borough Council and lead on the Safer Homes Scheme, which helps those experiencing domestic abuse to remain in their homes.
- To contribute towards the reduction of temporary accommodation admissions by preventing homelessness.
- To provide advice and support to assess the needs of all households including customers with complex needs (including alcohol and drug issues and mental health).
