Experienced social worker within Pilot Front Door Team Hybrid working although expected to be in the office at least x2 daily per week to cover duty Work within a fast-paced team with quick turnaround of cases target up to 28 days Complete Social Care needs assessments Complete MCA/BI assessments Assess and manage risk Manage varied caseload Undertake duty Good quality case recording.
