Contract role
The Talent Crowd are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker for a role in a Community Mental Health Team in Salford.
- Working hours 09.00 - 17.00
- Access to a car
- Manage duty desk within the older adult CMHT
- Complete assessments in the community following new referrals
- Hold a small case load for care coordination
- Role is office based but includes home / care home visits to complete assessments. Flexi working can be negotiated.
