Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Team Manager to work in a Mental Health Team in Tameside.
We are looking for an Assistant Team Manager (ATM ) for the Adult social Care metal Health Team. You will be integral to the service transformation in assisting the Team manager in the implementation of a specialist Mental Health team supporting the needs of young people coming through transition and adults with a Mental disorder and people that are supported by other parts of the mental health system.
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated and experienced ATM to support the Team manager as we grow and develop our specialist MH team.
The team will provide assessment and care management to adults with Mental Illness and adults and young adults coming through transition using the liquid logic system so experience of using this system is essential as is experience in court work such as Cop dols.
