Contract role
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in an Adult Early Support Team in Manchester City Council.
You will be an experienced social worker with two years of post-qualifying experience and experience/knowledge of adult social care legislation/processes. You will be able to work in line with the appropriate legislation, (Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act 1983, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Human Rights Act 1998) and follow relevant guidelines, policies and procedures.
