Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: PAYE: £14.82 per hour | Umbrella: £18.86 per hour

Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Network Recruitment Wales is seeking a dedicatedCommunity Employment Mentor to provide vital support in the Housing sector for a 12-week temporary role in Newport, covering sickness absence.

What You’ll Do:

• Support individuals in the community with tailored employment mentoring, helping them navigate job opportunities and career development.
• Work closely with the Housing team to deliver impactful guidance and assistance.
• Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or community support roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse individuals.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Candidates must reside within a reasonable travelling distance to Newport.

Essential Requirements:

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Criminal Convictions Declaration.
• Up-to-date CV.
• Upon offer acceptance: Signed Confidentiality Agreement and 3 years of references/work history.
