Pay: £13.69 - £16.92 per hour

What You’ll Do:
Handle enquiries into Adult Services with knowledge and empathy, offering tailored advice.
Explore care options with individuals, conducting proportionate assessments to meet their needs.
Flag safeguarding concerns to senior colleagues, ensuring vulnerable adults stay protected.
Maintain accurate case records and reports using council software, keeping everything on track.
Attend team meetings, support colleagues, and contribute to a high-quality service under council policies.

What We’re Looking For:
Skills: Strong communication, listening, and IT abilities with a knack for organisation.
Qualities: Compassionate, proactive, and eager to support a team making a difference.
Experience: Comfort with customer-facing tasks or admin—social care experience is a plus but not required.
Bonus Points: Familiarity with care assessments or working with vulnerable adults.
