Full-Time: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday

About the Role:
Pertemps are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Car Parts Customer Advisor to join our clients dynamic team in Hayes. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone eager to develop their career in the automotive industry and work with a supportive, forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Advice & Support: Assist customers with identifying and resolving vehicle issues by recommending the right parts and solutions, both in person and over the phone.
• Order Processing: Take customer orders efficiently, ensuring accurate details are recorded for timely and effective delivery of parts.
• Stock Management: Maintain an organized and well-stocked inventory. Find and retrieve parts from the stockroom as needed, ensuring parts are ready for sale or customer collection.
• Invoicing & Transactions: Raise invoices for parts sold, ensuring accurate record-keeping of all sales transactions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including Service Technicians, to ensure the right parts are available for repairs and maintenance.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide an exceptional customer experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to solving problems.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for the automotive industry and helping customers.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing stock and processing orders.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not essential.
