Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Perishables: Safely and efficiently manage perishable goods in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Stock Management: Assist with stock rotation, ensuring older stock is used first, and monitor expiry dates.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, reporting any discrepancies.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety protocols, especially those relevant to working in a cold storage environment.
• Temperature Control: Monitor and maintain proper temperature levels to preserve product quality.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely deliveries.

What They're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous warehouse experience, preferably in a cold storage or perishable goods environment, is highly desirable.
• Ability to Work in Cold Environments: This role requires the ability to work in a cold, refrigerated environment for extended periods.
