My Client are a leading Commercial Heating and mechanical engineering company who have been established for over 10 years, looking after clients within Education, Commercial Office and Commercial plant rooms.

 

They now require  a commercial plumber/pipefitter, Doesn't need to be gas. But must have a good knowledge and understanding of commercial heating systems, pipe work and installation works within commercial plant rooms.

 

Van mobile across Central London carrying out the following works :

• Plumbing and pipe fitting 
• leaks and pipe repairs 
• Valve changing up to 4" 
• Pump Changing 
• vessel replacement 
• Pipe Fitting - able ti use a threading machine and press tool equipment 
• knowledge of Heating & hot water system operation 

The ideal candidate will be qualified to city and guilds/NVW level in Plumbing/Heating and be confident working in commercial plant rooms on the above equipment.

PACKAGE :

 

Salary £40/45k basic

21 days holiday +8 bank holidays per annum
