Static Air Conditioning Engineer

Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Maintenance Engineer – Queen Mary University – Covering 3 sites only.


I am currently representing an excellent building services company who are in need of Semi Static Air Conditioning / Refrigeration maintenance engineer to be operating across 3 campuses at the Queen Mary University in East London.


As a company they are over 150 strong as a group with a mixture of engineers within different disciplines from heating, cooling, mechanical, electrical & General M&E maintenance.


Site cluster:


All sites are within 1 square mile of each other within Mile End/Whitechapel in London.


In this role You will be looking after a cluster of sites carrying out visual checks and reactive maintenance on: 


VRV's, VRF's, Splits, Multi Splits, AHU’s, Humidifiers, Temperature control monitoring, Fan Coil Units, Pumps & Motors, General Mechanical PPM’S


Must be NVQ Level 2 Qualified as a minimum standard. 


Package

• · £40 to 45k Basic
• · Van, fuel card, uniform, tablet, phone and training provided
• · Monday to Friday 40 hours per week with half hour lunch
• · Private use of van allowed
• · Overtime available
• · Call Out mandatory on 1 in 7 basis and with £200 per week retainer and paid x1.5 door to door
• · SSP
• · 28 days holiday per annum
• · Engineer provides own hand tools
• · Company Pension Scheme in place
• · 6-month probation
• · Pay weekly or monthly to suit
• · Immediate start / will wait for right candidate.
