Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate teacher with a passion for supporting students with special educational needs? We’re currently working with a welcoming and inclusive school that is looking for a committed SEN Teacher to join their dedicated team.

In this role, you’ll:
  • Deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of students with a variety of learning requirements, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
  • Collaborate with support staff, SENCOs, and families to ensure a consistent and caring approach.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels encouraged and supported.
  • Track and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with SEN pupils in a school setting
  • Strong understanding of differentiated learning and EHCPs
  • A patient, creative, and resilient approach to teaching

**To qualify for the highest pay bracket, candidates must be experienced teachers with substantial expertise in planning and delivering high-quality lessons for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
