RQ1395019 Social Worker

Network Recruitment Wales are recruiting to fill the following role on behalf of one of our clients. 

The role is to work in the Care & Support team at Cynon Offices. You will be working with individuals over the age of 18 with complex and long-term care and support needs. You will work towards achieving positive personal outcomes, supporting people with both physical and mental needs in the community. This is subject to flexible working from home with an expectation that you will attend the office a minimum of once per week.

We are looking for someone with experience in adult services with strong values with the ability to manage a complex caseload. You must be registered with Social Care Wales 

Working hours: 
37 hours per week, 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday
