Job Description
Role: Complex Care Support Worker
Location: Various packages across [insert regions]

Shifts: Rota - Block Bookings

At Righttime Care, we specialise in supporting individuals with complex needs, mental health challenges, learning disabilities, and autism, often during crisis situations, placement breakdowns, or while awaiting long-term solutions.
We’re looking for experienced and compassionate Support Workers who can step into complex care environments with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting service users with a range of complex needs (e.g. MH, LD, Autism, forensic backgrounds)
- Helping with daily routines, emotional support, and personal care
- Managing challenging behaviours with a calm, respectful approach
- Working as part of a rapidly deployed, skilled team
- Keeping accurate records and updating care logs
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 6–12 months’ care experience (ideally in complex needs)
- Up-to-date training (PMVA/Restraint, medication, safeguarding, etc.)
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one)
- Great communication and reliability
- Ability to work under pressure in dynamic settings
- Drivers preferred (depending on package location)
