Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary age range, following the school’s curriculum.
• Build rapport with students quickly, creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom where all pupils feel valued.
• Implement lesson plans and activities, maintaining continuity in learning.
• Communicate effectively with teaching assistants, support staff, and school leadership as needed.
• Adhere to school policies and maintain high standards of behavior and safety in the classroom.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in primary settings.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
• Adaptability and confidence to work across different school environments.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) and right to work in the UK.
• Flexibility to work on both short-term and long-term assignments.
