Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and organised Temporary Administrator to support our clients team in the Stafford area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities of this Administrator role:
- Despatching drivers and coordinating daily schedules
- Handing over paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Answering phone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
- Managing customer collections, drop-offs, and deliveries
- General administrative support as required
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work
- Previous administrative experience preferred, ideally in logistics or transport
- Location: Stafford
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7am start 4 – 8 hours per day depending on your availability
- Hourly rate of pay: £12.21ph
