Senior Quantity Surveyor (Ductwork)

My client are a leading Ductwork and Ventilation specialist who have been operating for over 30 years.

Based in SE London, they specialise in Shell & Core and Fitout Projects within High End Commercial & High End Residential across London.

Project Values from £1m to £20m (minor exceptions outside this band).

Due to growth, they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team with strong experience with Ductwork/Airside Experience.  


THE ROLE – SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (DUCTWORK/AIRSIDE)

Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm  

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor working with a leading ventilation specialist, you will manage the financial aspects of ductwork and airside package installations for high-profile commercial, residential, and public buildings across London.

Examples would be: Air handlers, Fans, Dampers, Diffusers,  Filters, Ductwork & fire rated ductwork, labour, Insulation, commissioning, duct cleaning, silencers, plant movement, occasional wiring, consultant: all are potentially part of their scope.

Your role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, aligning with client expectations. You will work closely with project managers, design teams, and contractors, and will be instrumental in cost management and contract administration.


SALARY & PACKAGE

Up to £80k Package

Company Car/Car Allowance (can be incorporated to package)

Travel costs to site covered

20 Days holiday & 8 Bank Holidays (increases by years of service)

Nest Pension Scheme

Remote working (by agreement with the line manager, but majority of time spent in the office or site based)
