Your role:
You will be joining our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and we will provide ALL the training you'll need to be a successful Consultant and develop a thriving career in recruitment.

Your first three months with include your induction to the company and we will teach you all the skills required to successfully match the right people to the right roles, based on company culture, personality, skills and experience along with how to provide a consultative service to your clients based on your market knowledge and access to local candidates with the skills for their roles.

This is a ‘hands on’ recruitment role which means you will be handling the client and candidate side of the recruitment process including;
  • Understanding your clients’ job vacancy requirements.
  • Writing and advertising job vacancies.
  • Screening candidates and assessing their skills and fit against new roles.
  • Contacting new and existing candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future job roles.
  • Organising candidate interviews and client meetings.
  • Managing offers and candidate onboarding.
  • Using social media and digital channels for candidate and client attraction.
  • Networking with clients to win new business.
