About the role
You’ll be part of a small friendly team responsible for recruiting Permanent and Temporary staff across Oxfordshire. The main responsibilities of this role are:
  • Sourcing and engaging with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career goals.
  • Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their recruitment journey.
  • Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Post job adverts promoting roles we’re recruiting on behalf of our clients.
  • Schedule virtual and onsite interviews, manage post-offer administration and assist with the on-boarding process for new starters.
  • Managing the office email inbox and answering any candidate/client queries.
 
About you
You will be a friendly, outgoing and confident person with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to easily build rapport with people from varying backgrounds. For this role you don’t need previous recruitment experience, we want to speak with candidates who want a chance to work in the recruitment industry and feel they would thrive with the backing of excellent training and development opportunities for one of the largest recruitment agencies in the UK.
Essential:
  • Full UK drivers licence
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Want to receive industry leading recruitment training
 
Pertemps Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process is designed to be straightforward and equitable. If successful, you will be involved in a three-stage process:
  1. Pre-Screen Call - A member of the Pertemps Talent Acquisition team and will contact you via phone to understand your interest in the position and to provide an overview of the role.
  2. Virtual Interview – Once progressed from pre-screen, you will have a TEAMS interview with the branch senior leadership team which will give you a platform to ask questions and gain insight into the team and company.
  3. Final Stage – Come into the office and meet the team in person, again if we see you as a Pertemps person then you’d be offered an opportunity to work with us within 24 hours, we like to move quickly so make sure to bring your RTW documents.
