Pertemps are the UK’s largest independent recruitment agency and our Derby office have over 40 years combined recruitment experience, specialising in Professional Services, Transport and Industrial recruitment. We are on the lookout for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to contribute to the continued success of the team.

If you have previous customer service, sales or direct recruitment experience with a successful track record of delivering excellent results then we want to hear from you! You will be joining an ambitious, sales focussed recruitment office so the successful candidate will be eager to develop long lasting relationships with candidates and clients, will be a confident communicator and have resilience.

Day to Day Activities

• Advertising roles and pro-actively searching for candidates via job boards and social media.
• Bringing on new clients who need support with their staffing solutions and nurturing these client relationships.
• Business Development calls.
• Candidate registration calls.
• Carrying out competency-based interviews.
• Client meetings – Face to face interactions with clients.
• Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies.
• Understanding candidates career aspirations.

Requirements

• Full drivers license is required.
• Previous experience in a customer/client facing role is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team.
