Branch Manager

Pertemps are seeking a Branch Manager to head up their Hemel Hempstead office! The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced recruitment branch or billing manager with a proven track record of developing and supporting the success of a recruitment office. Pertemps is the UK’s largest independent recruitment agency supplying both permanent and temporary staffing solutions to clients nationwide. These types of opportunities to manage and grow a branch with such a well-established company don’t come along very often!
 
About you
We are looking for a Branch Manager who is ready to step straight in and hit the ground running. We see expanding the team as a priority, so if you like developing teams, winning business and seeing branch growth, then this is the opportunity for you.
 
The Role
As Branch Manager, your role will be to focus on the day-to-day running of the branch ensuring that all business objectives are achieved. Building out your own team, you will provide effective leadership, you will aim to maximise opportunities and optimise profitability alongside the continued delivery of an exceptional service. Taking a pro-active approach, you should be aware of changes and challenges in the local marketplace to be able to make the most of opportunities to  increase profitability, market share within the geographic.
