Job Description

Pertemps Bristol are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing qualified candidates with our clients in and around Bristol. Your experience in end-to-end recruitment, knowledge of the local market, and relationship-building skills will support the growth and continued success of the office.
You will join a well-established workforce solutions provider who are well known in the Bristol area, delivering exceptional staffing solutions to businesses who need experienced commercial candidates.

The day to day
  • Build, develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the Pertemps client base.
  • Source candidate from a variety of channels including searching job boards, social media, attending networking events, and candidate referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate phone screening and interviews to assess the candidates' skills, experience and personality fit.
  • Stay informed on industry news, competitor activities and salary benchmarks to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.
 
Skills and Experience needed
  • A proven track record in recruitment, preferably with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment consultant position.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment practices, candidate sourcing strategies, and selection techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively liaise with clients, candidates, and the wider Pertemps team.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
