What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our success, driving growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell temporary and permanent recruitment solutions across the aviation sector.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Generate new business leads through networking, market research, and social media outreach.
• Support a team of recruitment professionals to achieve their goals.
• Match candidates to roles, ensuring a seamless fit and successful placements.
• Attend recruitment open days and client meetings, including minor travel to UK airports.

About You
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, with success in selling permanent or temporary recruitment solutions.
• Experience generating leads, building candidate pipelines, and meeting financial targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience managing or mentoring a team is highly desirable.

Full, clean UK manual driving license with at least 12 months of driving experience
