The successful applicant will ideally have +2 years’ experience in full cycle 360 recruitment and will be adept at cultivating relationships through business development outreach. This role will see you working with clients across the whole of Yorkshire to support their hiring needs for candidates in the business & office support industry.

The RoleAs a professional services and business & office support recruitment consultant, you will:
- Build and manage relationships with clients within the professional services industry, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Source, screen and place candidates in roles spanning across Admin, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate attraction to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Use sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates, utilising job boards, social media and networking events.
- Work to revenue targets, ensuring the highest levels of service delivery to clients and candidates.
- Stay up to date on industry trends to provide clients with market insights and an honest consultative approach.
What experience are we looking for?To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Recruitment experience, ideally +2 years within white collar permanent recruitment, however we are open to speaking with candidates who have previously recruited in other industries.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- An understanding of SME businesses around Yorkshire that recruit business and office support staff.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A full UK drivers license (travel to client sites will be required).
