Senior Social Worker - Safeguarding Team

Safeguarding Team 

The Adolescent Safeguarding Team works with young people aged 13+ who are at risk of contextual harm (criminal and sexual exploitation and serious youth violence). We are looking for a senior social worker with experience in frontline social work and an interest in working with adolescents. The team holds assessments, CIN plans, CP plans and children in care. The team is based in the Specialist Adolescent Service, which includes Project X who provide 1:1 and group interventions for children at risk of exploitation, the Youth Justice Team and the Health and Wellbeing Hub, who deliver substance misuse services and specialist CSE interventions. Together we deliver high quality interventions to achieve safety with young people and their families.
