Senior Social Worker LAC Team

LAC QSW 

The working pattern is Monday to Friday, full-time. We are a large team who work with children looked after from 0 – 18. We take responsibility for children and young people after they have a care plan agreed, which means they need to be Looked After.
We work with children and young people with complex care plans, and this can include areas of court work around discharge of care orders. As well as having fantastic skills in engaging children and young people to participate in their care planning, Social Workers in our team also need skills in safeguarding investigations and assessment
