35 hours M-F
Experienced only with knowledge of S117 discharge planning and MDT working within the Birmingham Solihull Mental health foundation trust.
Experience working with Eclipse and 3Cs model.
Working at pace with set KPIs for swift discharge planning from P2 and CRFD beds.
