Job Description

Shropshire Council – Reablement Team
Pay rate: £32 Per Hour

Duties Include:

Support Team manager as required
Supervision for Social Workers and social care practitioners
Support with duty response
Support with managing referrals
Assessing mental capacity and best interests
Supporting with community reablement
