Job Description
Pay rate: £32 Per Hour
Duties Include:
- Support Team manager as required
- Supervision for Social Workers and social care practitioners
- Support with duty response
- Support with managing referrals
- Assessing mental capacity and best interests
- Supporting with community reablement
