Salesforce Platform Manager
Salesforce Platform Manager required by global healthcare organisation.
This business have implemented Salesforce and now require a strong leader to come in and manage and mentor a team of Developers, Administrators and Analysts who are responsible for the design, development and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with the businesses needs.
This exciting role will see you collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to drive innovation and change, enhance user experience and produce measurable results. You will oversee the design, deployment and customisation of the platform, develop and maintain a roadmap for Salesforce enhancements and new features and manage the lifecycle of all related projects, working with wider development teams to drive business transformation.
To be considered for this Salesforce Platform Manager role, you will have/be:
- Experience implementing Salesforce in large organisations
- Extensive experience managing a Salesforce Development team
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft)
- Ability to build strong relationships and understand the business needs
- Any exposure to working in healthcare/pharma is advantageous but not essential
- Experience of developing a system in line with validation regulations or working within a regulated environment is also desirable
This is a hybrid role with the office based in Cheshire, within an easy commute of Runcorn, Warrington, Chester, Manchester and Liverpool. You can expect to be in the office 1-2 times per week, sometimes less, sometimes more.
In terms of salary/package, on offer is cash package of up to £81,744 (up to £75,000 basic + £6,744 car allowance paid as cash). In addition, there is a 10% Bonus, Contributory Pension, 25 days holiday and a whole host of other perks and benefits.
